You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images. Processed images are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Our AI technology, algorithms, and software remain our exclusive intellectual property.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Results may vary based on image quality and other factors.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cloth Remover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
